Anastasia was our realtor when my husband and I needed to relocate to a new city. My first impression of her was that she was professional & knowledgeable and I appreciated her keen attention to detail. After viewing the second property with her, my husband & I both knew that we’d stick with her for the remainder of our home search. This is not our first time buying a home & our previous experience years ago with a different realtor was underwhelming and left much to be desired. I was expecting yet another transactional relationship where the realtor cares more about their pockets than the clients’ happiness & Anastasia proved me totally wrong! Here is some of the areas Anastasia differed in comparison to our previous experience with another realtor: - Anastasia made us feel as if we were her only clients: the clarity in her messages and frequency with which she communicated with us was perfect for us. We were never left wondering or figuring out anything in the dark & she was always prompt for scheduled calls & viewings. - Anastasia was intentional about making sure we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. There were times in our home buying journey where I was incredibly indecisive, claiming I loved a home only to change my mind the next day. Not once did she say or do anything to indicate she was frustrated. Instead she continued to be patient with us as we viewed more houses, encouraging us that the right home will come. - When we finally found the home we love, Anastasia negotiated an amazing purchase price for us, much below the listed price. Obviously this move would also lower her take-home-pay, but she was more interested in making sure we would not overpay for a home, so we’d have more in our pockets to make improvements that would build equity in the future -I have never met anyone else with her level of attention to detail: she notices everything! The small hairline crack, that missing 3 inches of baseboard in the corner, the stretched-out carpet tucked away near the closet etc. I truly appreciated her keen ability to see the things my husband & I overlooked - If you’d like to move forward with some of professionals she knows, you will not be disappointed. She has a network of highly professional, competent people (like inspectors) that she has worked with in the past. She managed the bookings for us so we’d have less on our plate and we loved the outcome! They too are detailed, prompt and care about quality. - One of my favorite discussions with her was when she cautioned us & helped us to see the bigger picture: we had already put an offer on a home and when inspection results came back, we found out the home had some significant issues with the basement, including not being correctly permitted. At the time, we were still in fantasy land and very much ignorant about the potential costs of re-building and permitting a large basement. My husband & I were willing to overlook all the problems and still move forward with the purchase until we had another discussion with Anastasia. She let us know that ultimately it was our decision, but she helped us to understand that the cash we’d invest in the home would be to fix an existing major problem - it wouldn’t necessarily help us build equity once our project has been complete. Feedback like this is priceless as it helped us make much more informed decisions and remove some of the blinders we had on. Ultimately we found the PERFECT home with Anastasia’s help and patience and she will be our realtor for life! I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so years to come. My husband and I are beyond impressed.

Anastasia did an outstanding job in helping us relocate to the Denver metropolitan area. She was extremely attentive to our home requirements and did an amazing job during our home search and held our hand through the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond and took the stress out of our home buying purchase. She regularly communicated with us and due to being out of town, guided us through Colorado's laws and handled the setting up of inspection and many other matters. Anastasia was a blessing to work with! She helped a dear friend of mine sell their home in Denver.
